Warranty Based Returns
When
you receive your order
We
try our best to ensure that all products are shipped free from
defects. In the case that you do receive a faulty product upon
delivery, do not panic, simply contact Adventure Avenue via email
with all your order details and the problem and we will arrange to
have the item replaced for you at our expense. Email

Warranty
issues after product use
Adventure
Avenue sells exactly the same product as you would find in any top
retail store. All our products are brand new and are supplied by
leading brands. The warranty provided on our products is the same
as you would get if you purchased it in any other retail outlet.
All warranty issues are dealt with by the manufacturer or
distributor of the product. If a problem occurs with your
purchased item within the period covered by the manufacturer's
warranty, please contact the manufacturer/distributor for a direct
resolution of your warranty claim. Please ensure you keep your
Adventure Avenue receipt for proof of purchase as this will be
required if there is a warranty claim. Please do not return the
item to Adventure Avenue as we cannot process warranty returns
after the product is used. Should you have any queries, please
contact us directly.

2.
Change of Mind Returns
Products
purchased from Adventure Avenue come with a 30 day satisfaction
guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you
can return the item for an exchange or a refund on the purchase
price (excluding shipping) within 30 days from the date of
purchase.
All
“change of mind returns” are to be sent back at your cost in a
perfect unused condition with all tags still attached and the
product in it’s original packaging. Please email
us
to request a “Change of Mind Return” and to obtain a return
authority form.
Upon
receipt of your product in a perfect condition, we will refund the
full purchase price. Original outbound shipping costs, if any, are
not refundable.
We
recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered
post or trackable overnight courier. We will not be held
responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
3.
Exchanges
All
exchanges are to be processed as a change of mind return and are
bound by the above listed conditions. If you would like to
exchange for a different bag please follow to the above “Change
of Mind Return” procedure.
